/Part 2: Time to start adding structure back in. First, cardboard templates, then transferred into aluminum. I added some structure with the bead roller and eventually mounted the metal pan to the plastic with rivets. The rear D-shape piece from the priginal pan that houses the rubber feet and latch also got rivetted to the rear section.
